I continued to look at him without answering,
he slid himself closer to me now are faces not
that far apart "what do you say?" his sweet
scent like waves to my face

I manage to nod "but can you make me a
promise first?" I told him

his eyes still staring into mine "anything"

I kept my face serious "no bullshit, no lies
basically promise not to make a bruise on
my heart"

"I promise" I smiled "alright then let it begin"

He placed his hand on my cheek and started
to lean I could feel my heart speeding up like
if I've just finished running 1,000 miles I closed
my eyes then I felt the perfect outline of his lips
on my mine they slowly began to move against
mine and me returning the favor our lips kept
locked together for a while longer till he pulled
away I opened my eyes again to find him smiling
at me I felt myself blush

"perfect" he said

I smiled "yes perfect this whole night is perfect,
it almost feels like I'm in a movie or something"

he grinned and stood up and held his hand
out to me "c'mon"

I grabbed it "where are we going" I asked
as he pulled me up to my feet

he didn't answer I just followed him as he took
the lead once again we climbed up some rocks
that were by the water "you better not let me
fall" I warned him

he turned to look at me with that smiled of
his that makes me melt every time "I
would never let you fall" we finally stopped
at the top of the biggest rock the view
looks amazing

he turned to look at me and wrapped his
arms around my waist my hands crept up
to his shoulders "you love the night because
it has the moon and it reminds you of your
dad right?" I nodded "yea that's exactly
why" I told him

"well you see all those stars" I turned my
eyes to the sky "yea" I replied

"when ever you look at them, I want you to
think of me" my eyes shot back to his

"you're like sugar" I told him as I
smiled

"what?" he chuckled

"like sugar, since your so sweet" I
responded

he laughed "alright then I'm sugar" he
replied "now can I give you a sugar
kiss" he asked

I leaned in a kissed his lips once again
my heart sped up "next time don't ask
just do it" I told him

he nodded "got it!" I smiled

as he drove me back home we talked the
whole way we kinda played 21 questions
I learned that he is a perfectionist, plays
guitar, thinks less is more and the one I
find most important he is addicted to diet
coke!

"alright tiny here's your stop" I glared at
him "I am so not tiny!"

"keep telling yourself that!" he grinned

"whatever curly" he acted offended "don't
insult the hair"

I smiled "I'm not as a matter of fact I love
that curly hair of yours I think I like it
more than your face"

he squinted his eyes at me "just kidding"
I leaned in and pecked his lips

"goodnight" I got out the car and walked
up the porch stairs when I got to my front
door I turned back to look at him he smiled
and I waved and he finally drove away

when I got up to room I laid down in my
bed and looked out my window up at the
sky and smiled tonight was perfect Nick
is perfect...hopefully the sugar doesn't
go sour anytime soon...
