TF MUGEN Special - Obligatory Raruto Smashdown

I don't really need to explain these things, so I won't. But I will say one thing about the fights, though.

I was originally planning on using only characters considered to be "exiled" for various reasons. Rugal_E was included because of how many people seem to dislike EvilSlayerX5 as an author (no offenses intended). Mokou took care of 2 things at once: Touhou and Minoo. Tetsu's there for, well... being Tetsu.

But then I decided to fire OTW into the fray for some randomness.

Also, after the actual fights I tear these things apart with moves that send them to Hell (I forget which circle retards go to)

BGs (Fights): SoRR(?) - Apartment Alleyway (DarkValentine), Planet Hell (???), Character Screen (???), Melty Blood - Castle of King Cruel
BGMs: Laziest Men on Mars - Invasion of the Gabber Robots (a.k.a. All Your Base Are Belong To Us), SSBM Metal Battle (remix from Newgrounds), Contra 4 - Stage Clear

BGs (Nuking): Character Screen (again), Another Dimension (Kamikaze, used for 2nd Death Star), Akuma of Liberty (PotS & DD3), CotN - True Dracula [Small] (???)

No infingement intended, etc.

Hmm.

That kick at 0:12, if it hits, you can jump and combo your foe from there(But the foe is able to recover after some time). Otherwise, you did pretty decently with Rugal_E. And that move at like 0:33 can be an infinite with really good timing, but it will eventually deal no damage though.

I did? Gee, thanks. Picking him up was oddly easy, so I actually thought I wasn't doing too well.

He's also as fun to use as Evil Ken, so I'll probably be using Rugal_E more often now that I've picked him up.

Well, you got most of the God Press chain of his down(Some people can't even do that), and you can do some combos with him(The AI, namely at the higher levels has some combos you could use if you wanted to), but most of the combos you did with Rugal_E are ended better with the b version(DP+b) of his Genocide Cutter.
