How wonderful that you are living in peace and harmony with your environment. No wonder that you have the love and trust of these beautiful animals. And on the other hand, the deer are lucky to have your understanding. You are truly blessed.

You make me so envious. I would love to be able to interact with a deer herd and live in peace and harmony with them like that. A very sweet and interesting video.
And to all you telling him to eat them or that crap, I have this to say: SHUT UP!!! Watch Bambi, you heartless twits, and maybe you'll be humbled by what you see!
Yes, my love for deer stems from Bambi, what of it?

Look at these stupid hippies. This is pathetic. Let these animals live in the wild where they belong or eat them. You shouldn't make them pets.

WHY IS THAT DEERS HIND QUARTER ALL PATCHY?

You're so lucky my friend! I'm from Australia and I feed a family of wild magpies. They're similar to your deer in that they come and go as they please (sometimes they stay for hours at a time) but they're still wild. I think it's the best type of human-animal interaction, certainly from the animal's perspective. I've watched many of your videos, and I think you are legendary! Thank you for sharing such wonderful videos! :-)

you should of killed them and eat them
I wonder why the hind (female) seems to not want the stag around her and the babies at all. You said it's very seldom that Eva lets the stag come near, and only because you are there? I wonder why. Does she see him as a problem? Does he provoke problems?

@1robinsong
Once the males are a year old, the mothers push them away, as they take care of their new fawns. The males hang around, but gradually join up with other males. The herd divides into a male group and a female w/fawns group, only really coming together during mating season. The females keep the bucks away so they can give attention to the new fawns.
