Pygmy marmosets are so small and so cute. They are also so active that it is difficult to record a video showing a close up of a face. Usually as soon as the camera focuses, the marmoset moves out of the picture.
But this time, one of the pygmy marmosets in the Rare Animal Conservation Center cooperated and stayed still long enough to record proof of how cute its face is!
At least this time, all he moved was his head for a few seconds.
Usually he is jumping all around in the exhibit.
It is good to see how healthy, energetic and curious they are!

They really are amazingly small. I love their teeny-tiny little faces and hands.

Audubon Zoo used to have some of these. They were so tiny that they were hard to see in their exhibit.
