do all eskie's fur turn out like that? and if so how long does it take cuz mine is about 10 months old and she's not that poofy it's shorter and I'm just curious if she'll get poofy like the ones in the video

Males tend to have a fuller coat than the females. Your little girl is young yet. As she matures her coat should start filling in for you a bit more. Once a female is spayed she is known to get a fuller coat. Did you get your puppy from a breeder? If so what do the parents and grandparents look like? Genetics play a big part.
