    Holy shit this video was informative, before I stopped playing tennis for my high school, our coach would make us do tennis like movements in the weight room, and my shoulder really is messed up from it all.

    This makes sense for sports that aren't directly related to weight room strength like tennis, basketball, and the like. My question is, what about for sports like football and the throws of track and field? It seems to me, solely off personal experience, that doing this that mimic these pure power movement have been beneficial in my past.
