This house is on the Kissimmee River (seen in video) on the north side of Lake Okeechobee. The center of the storm passed at the south end of the lake near Clewiston, 30 or so miles away.

  • You won't find many that do compare to Katrina.  This footage was taken about 30 miles from the eye, so it isn't a good indication of how bad Wilma was. She devastated Clewiston, South Bay, and Pahokee. I actually was in Katrina's path as she crossed South Florida. No so bad there.

  • i dont live in the south but i seen vids of hurricanes b4 and all of them look pretty scary and interesting at the same time..but what i have notice is none of them compare to hurricane katrina O.O
