HAHA i'm a fan of crest white strips. but to be honest i RARELY use them. continued use for EVEN the suggested length of use makes my teeth pretty tender/sensitive. SO....i'm pretty sure it's my toothpaste that keeps my smile pretty bright LOL. i use ARM & HAMMER advanced white toothpaste W/BAKING SODA & PEROXIDE! check it out....i LOVE IT

i saw these being sold at the mall for 20 bucks each...and the lady trying to sell them was very annoying lol. they look pretty easy to do though.
