I've been waiting for my intuition to guide my hoop practice into new spaces as Ann has found. Playing in Outer Space has been a challenge for me as it goes against all of my muscle memory from doing breaks and paddles. Can't wait to re-wire my brain by playing in outer space! Thanks for sharing!

I wish I could go to Sacred Circularities SO BAD. I loved this workshop at HP4, I've been teaching it to my students and blithering nonstop about HoopPath and now they will ask me for HoopPath classes & exercises. Hehe. :)
