Alluminum Foil is very TOXIC. These should be steamed in a small dish link cook quality glass plate(not a toxic ceramic plate). Then this will be very healthy. As well, Foil oxidizes with lemon juice and becomes carosive.

Do you realise that acid in the maranade can corrode the aluminuim foil? better to steam differently like asian way.
