  • Ugly ass headstock

  • Nice vid, thanks for sharing. Please keep 'em coming.

  • Nice& Hendrixy.

  • 1950's technology seems to sound great today. I agree that the tonal differences are slight in some cases(between the plethora of amps out there). But...to suggest that all tube amps sound the same .... man, thats not supportable by fact. Some of the corksniffery is subjective, and the market is flooded but having choices is nice. I may not have better hearing than a dog, but I hear nuances in different tubes( 6L6,EL34,6V6)that I prefer. A good amp is important. Talent, more so.

  • STEVE. You magnificent bastard.

  • sicck

  • most people don't hear the difference because you have to really train your hearing

i've played guitar for 15 years or something and i can tell you i can truly hear differences that for most people don't exist

  • Brilliant post...I would add that if we stopped building amps / gear dedicated to "bringing you those classic tones" today, we would have enough gear for the next 10 generations to replicate Foreigner and AC / DC tones. Yet they keep rolling out line after line for "tone chasers" after those "classic characteristics". Rubbish.

  • Awesome amp!

  • this amp sounds EVEN BETTER in person. gain channel is LIQUID.......
