A Post hoc test identifies the differences between means. In ANOVA, if the null hypothesis is rejected, then it is concluded that there are differences between the means. It is useful to know specifically where these differences exist.

  • @BladesOfMunch According to my professor you use Bonferroni if number of means isn´t high, Turkey for high amount of means and Hochberg´s GT2 if there are differences among groups size.

  • How do you know which Post-hoc test is the best to use?
