  • once again, i say build semi-submersible vessels for this stuff. this way no one capsizes. the wave will hit just the shallow top half and flow right across with no damage done! and the top is sealed except for crew windows. water tight. with mesh inside the extra strength treated plexiglass. ..a large hydraulic "hatch" section opens up to allow unloading and reloading. but its too expensive and it wont get done. and Davy Jones waits for more company. on rich Kuwaiti could solve the problem!

  • @InsaneGuy911 what do you mean by sea state? If this is same as beaufort scale, then this is indeed force 8 to 9 winds (around 40 knots) based on the amount of foam in the water.
