5 reps, +90lbs.

I do a lot of dips. Weighted and unweighted.

I'm pretty comfy repping with two plates now. I tried 3 and... well, I'm not quite there yet. At least, not at the end of my workout.

  • pussy, total pussy, i weigh 155 and i can do that 8 times

  • not bad but, your using more chest that tricep. Straighten up yourself and it will put more preasure on your triceps. i do my workout with 120lb haha.
