@sgtcrab1 liesssss the womens national team in canada beat a junior B team in alberta but thanks.... get ur facts straight... also hailey wikenheiser played in the IHL for a few months... not that she was dominante but she got a few goals, but i deffs agree men are better at the game because they are stronger etc

Now now. Midget is 15-18 in Canada. Natnl teams cannot play even at the Jr B level. Unfder 22 here. Nor could they ever expect to play at IHL, or AFL not to even consider NHL. They are too small, not physically strong enough....that is a given. BUT they play a very high standard of competetive hockey which is an entertaining game. Women sprinters cannot compete with men either. There is a difference. However a great athlete is a great athlete in their sport and level. Please be kinder.

@Playmeforit Well not true. The Canada Natnl team played 30 league games in the Elite AAA Migdgets in Alberta. Wom 20- Lost 10. The USA Team played about a dozen top HS boys in Minn and won all the games.

College teams routinely beat AAA Midget Boys teams.

Women don't play in the NHL because it's a mens league. Just like men don't play in the womens league. I don't see the need for putting men up against women.

Keep rocking the ice ladies! I hear guys ragging on girls all the time for not being as good as the boys or as fun to watch as the boys sports, but I think they are just insecure and pathetic! Women can play just as well, get used to it boys!
