test audio art mpa gold with alesis io14 70 db gain tung sol tubes laptop 2ghz (so bad)

I could have said to the camera to put more brightness but then would be too much to my computer and it wouldn't have recorded. Problem is at 70db it distorts a lot at fortissimo, but if I go down to 65db it sounds too little. The piano is a grand, mode kawai rx-2 at. Room is nearly everything absortion.

@novanine9 Yes I swapped the stock tubes with tung sol. Now I have siemens tubes, tung sol are too strident. I used two AT4050 --> ART MPA GOLD --> ALESIS IO14 --> LAPTOP.

did you use a mic to the preamp art mpa into your laptop? what mic was it?
