Drew breaks down what a muscle test is. This is a simple way to do one on your own, if you have nobody helping you.

Based on the concept of internal energy fundamental to traditional Chinese medicine, muscle testing is a noninvasive way of evaluating the body's imbalances and assessing its needs. It involves testing the body's responses when applying slight pressure to a large muscle, to provide information on energy blockages, the functioning of the organs, nutritional deficiencies, and food sensitivities, among other things. It can also be used to test the body's responses to herbs and other remedies.

In a typical example of muscle testing, you're given an herb to hold. You extend the other arm and are asked to keep it straight. The practitioner presses down on this arm and the opposite shoulder with equal pressure (to facilitate balance). If the herb is something you need, you'll be able to resist the downward pressure and hold your arm rigid. If not, you won't. The same procedure can be used to determine how often you should take each herb and how much each time. It can also be used to test the body's responses to foods (for allergies), thoughts, sounds, colors, and emotions.

  • There are WAY better muscle tests you can do to discern things. This guy's test is BS. By the way, muscle test only respond to resonance or dissonance energy output...pendulums serve the same purpose. The most effective use of these tricks are at casinos :-)

  • Doubters, please research. My daughter, is a PhD. in kinesiology from University of Houston. This process is used by practioners and is far more effective in diagnosing illness and other problems than other tests. It's used to "tune up" olympic athletes for optimum performance, used as this young man suggests, and many other applications. After 12 years of medical testing, it took 2 minutes to find my daughter's gall bladder didn't assimilate fats...causing headaches. 0 fats..0 problems.

  • My bs meter went off from the beginning. Then it caught fire when he said to actually put your email on a f***ing public site where he'll "then" actually show you how to do what he is talking about. It's funny how your talking about lieing but yet here you are spilling it out of your own mouth. Just a scam artist stay away people.

  • Muscle tests are a very real thing. Its funny when people just flat out deny something because they think it's "unbelievable". go with it. Cant hurt you...lol. I love you guys at FitLifeTv.. keep it up!

  • Lol. This is a joke, right? I am a subscriber to your site, as I think you have some insightful advice on diet and fitness. Look, you seem like a reasonably smart guy, stick to the useful diet and fitness stuff (which you are good at) and perhaps challenge yourself on some of your rather puerile spiritual-pseudo-intellectual understandings of the natural world. I mean no disrespect. We are here for self improvement, perhaps this is your area of weakness. Cheers.
