I believe it was done by a band called Hi-Gain Harmonic Haze, personally I like the instrumental version better...not a fan of the lead singers voice.

@HCWwrestling11 This song is a post-St. Anger song. The beggining got put into End of the Line, and 4:45-5:16 got put into All Nightmare Long.
A lot of Eternal Decision songs DID get thrown onto Limewire as Metallica demos though, which I think is bullshit. But hell, that's what Cory gets for trying to sound like Papa Het.
