  • right on. what you said about age is so true. i hope more people start to really look at what all people have to offer regardless of the number of their age. thanks.

  • I'm glad you agree, retirement just means that we have more time do do stuff! The advantage of age is that when we do stuff we are, usually, able to do it better because of the experience we have gained along the way. Thanks for watching.

  • hi..nice to meet ya.

  • Kind of you to drop by. Thanks for watching

  • Thanks for a terrific response, Pedro. I particularly like the last 30 seconds: show deep respect for others. How can one go wrong following that advice?

  • Thank you Tom. If I could count better I would have said 4 points but 3 + finally is close! Your comment reminded me of a 5th key to success and that is always leave the best till last because that's what the people walk away remembering.

  • Pedro, You are a great speaker. You captured my attention in the beginning when you specifically stated exactly what you were going to talk about... Very good critique.

  • Great critique and insight into Tom's "Three Keys to Success." Most all fields (service, professional, business, health, government, etc.) require a "power drive" to be successful. The idea of getting involved in exhibitions/conferences, reading trade journals, and empathyzing with workers others is so important to staying ahead of the curve. Nice Biblical reference to Paul and Timothy as well. Don't discouraged when being younger, excellent advice! :)
