BF Bad Company 2 on HD 4670 Part 21

This is BF Bad Company 2 recorded at 1280x768. I was getting 20-30 FPS while recording, without recording I get 100+ FPS. I play at 1920x1080 but when I tried to record at that resolution I was getting like 10-15 FPS which is unplayable.

ATI Radeon HD 4670 512MB DDR3, I did OC it
1TB of hard drive
