This ending was ok. The series is pretty much better in every way relevant to plot progression, theme, beginning, middle, end, etc...

Plus, the movie really doesn't make sense without the series.

Final judgement: Fail.

I really love the series but this film... i´m sad that i have to say it... but it sucks.

It´s cool to see that the infantry has some tanks and rocketlaunchers and stuff because thats more realistic than in the series but most other things are really bad. the way how they twisted the story doesn´t work it makes no sense and specialy the end is crap which brings the question is Yuji the new "Queen"?

oh man really... they should have made some more episodes instead of this

Meh, the ova or whatever was WAY better. Always love to see Marlene get misty though, too cute and sexy.

Gay ending though, I choose the Series all the way. Hate to, but hey I'm not dumb.
