can you please provide a link to a rough tab? this is a really great cover and its impressive you figured it out by watching videos... truly a time consuming process.

soory man iv no tab at all, not sure if theres one online. if you put your guitar in open D, and for most of the song your picking your highest 4 strings completely open. only fretting your bottm 2 string mainly around 7th + 9th fret. sorry i cant help more, might post a 'how to' vid if i get the time.

i kinda figured it out by ear/ watching one of the other covers on youtube. the tuning is open d (DADF#AD).

I have no idea where marc where is coming from, you don't have a generic folk voice. Neither does Justin Vernon from Bon Iver or Robin Pecknold of Fleet Foxes.
