Once I got hit by a truck head on when I was on a dirt bike, and I flew probably 200 yards, hit the ground, then an ambulance speeding ran me right over.

Haha, I had a more serious accident. I had the fastest car in GTA IV and I went through the front glass and then the car was still going ahead and it crushed me with the wheels xD If I filmed it, maybe it could beat up your video... MAYBE :-)

I was jumping out from a stolen jet (I had 4 stars wanted level) I did have a parachute. As I was zooming to Earth towards a building. The Parachute engaged and iI was gaining altitute (PARACHUTE GLITCH). About 2 mins later, the parachute broke and sent me plummeting to Earth. Worse yet, the police chopper had the chance to shoot me. When I was lying on the ground a fucking bus hit me. This vid suck.

Yeah much worse ways to die, I jumped from a helicopter at max high for some sky diving fun, about 15 seconds into free fall.. I spot an NPC chopper out of my peripheral view.
Its already to late to adjust course as he cruises underneath me, I tried to zoom between his chopper blades.
Did not work, mutilated me & sent me plummeting to earth bounced of a sky scrapper then landed on a Buffalo.
Worse shit ever.
