Comcast Tech "Working over" the cable box

A lovely little Christmas Video of Comast's finest trying to destroy our cable box. Apparently this is how you "Fix" a problem.

He is getting into the pedestal where all the connections are. They rust shut sometimes and it takes a bit of force. That isn't a comcast employee it's a contractor. God i'd hate to be your neighbor. Do you peak through their windows lookin to get a peak when they get out of the shower? Handle your business and leave the work to the professionals.

@jaysonw74 So since he "Knocked the rust off" why didn't he ever try to open it. Maybe he was "Knocking the rust off " my front door when he left his boot print on there as well. My kids took the video after he scared them half to death by kicking the door after showing up for a cancelled appointment and not getting a response. Get the facts before post your opinions

most techs don't have the tool to open those boxes and it is easier to just kick it open then use the tool anyways by the way that certainly was an employee of the company
