I used self-raising flour instead of plain flour and found that the brownies were larger because they rose more. What do you think? Is plain flour better?

@LemonZeppelin Plain flour will give a denser texture to the brownie. Alternatively try whisking for just 1 minute instead of 10 minutes if you use self-raising flour

I made this, and it was absolutely delish! However, i used 350 grams of sugar, and my mom said it was still too sweet. Anyway, thanks a lot Titli!
