Yes, Rove is an idiot. Invading Iraq to beat up defeated former ally is not cool. He know that inevitably we will have to re-enter Afghanistan. Now we have two wars, two freaking major costs. The cost of manage a war may cost more than the purpose of saving a few bucks for fuel or increase a few cans of national oil reserve. Reserve or active, the differences of wages are the same. Bullets, bombs, and missiles have expiration but it still a few decades away.
