Todays video is going to dovetail on last weeks video because the buyer aspect of the short sale is a repetitive challenge that requires continued strategy.

Real estate agents are finding cotinued failure in their short sale negotiations simply because a buyer is unable to perform, or so they say.

In this video I talk about some strategy to help keep your buyers involved and on board untill the end.
