@mercifulkyle I think I was hallucinating when I posted this. I don't even remember posting it or this game. I bet I was being stupid and thought this was Snatcher or Policenauts. XD Sorry for the misinformation, after a quick google search it appears to be 70 something % translated not complete.

so many games form the past i missed out on because i didn't own a sega cd back back in 1994. I didn't care then anyway because I was 6.

Never heard of this game but the art style reminds me of Naked city. It sure has a lot of animation.
