Me and my friends tried that and we got out our signs as we were going down the escalator && the freaking security guards got us at the bottom and took our signs.

If your intention is honorable and you heart and spirit are pure about this, it is ok. If you have a hidden agenda then it is not ok. In a world that is full of doubt and suspicion it is unfortunate that good things like this are met with that same doubt and suspicion. It is truly sad when one human being cannot hug another without casting a shadow of fear and distrust. Hopefully one day we can get past this roadblock and live in peace, unafraid to hug another human being for fear being labeled.
