Few things about this:
-I need rosin. Left it back in Houston and no music shop with 100miles of here sells it (here being a remote location in Florida)
-I haven't finished memorizing. This is up for anyone looking to help me improve the bow technique and left hand shape, as an in progress teaching piece.
-I've not had a lesson on this. Simply saw it performed in a masterclass and decided to give it a go.
-There are cats running around in the background (noise), and there is a loose back brace. Please forgive any extraneous noises.

BTW: I actually think it sounds really good, and that it could sound amazing with some more practice. Just don't put yourself down by giving excuses, because what you're saying is that you don't believe in what you're doing...

The most important advice I can give you is this: NEVER give excuses for yourself when you play!!! If you play in a recital, are you gonna tell the audience that you have no Rosin, or that you are sight-reading the piece? If you don't like how your performance went, then don't load it. I know it sounds harsh, but it's the simple truth: nobody cares if you haven't practiced or have never had a lesson (unless you're a 10 yo).

I love this song. :D It sounds amazing for not having a lesson taken on it. You may want to relax a bit? Your bow arm looks pretty tight. You've GOT to be tired after playing this song. haha. Maybe work on moving your elbow and wrist more than your entire arm, makes it a bit easier after you get the hang of it. Sounds fantastic. :]
