  • @chiooh2 Thanks for the feedback. I totally agree with you. I had this video taken my first few weeks doing Cross Fit.  I appreciate the kudos.

  • @willietime I would like to think I had pretty good form before, but the training at the Cross Fit school definitely helped out.

  • Nice bud! Crossfit gets in your blood. I have a long way to go, but i will get there. If you know a nay-sayer, take em in for a WOD! I did, and he wont go back
