Python hunts Black Macaque monkeys who were just chilling in the jungle. Footage from BBC Content Archive under Creative Commons license cut together with soundtrack laid over.

I'm disturbed, yet amazed at how the python is able to climb the tree @ 1:35. Such a huge and heavy thing shouldn't be able to do such a thing.

@drozal i don't - sorry. it was just random bits of footage released by the bbc that i played around with. as some bright sparks point out i use different snakes in it :)

the snake doesn't get any lunch in the video because the bbc did not provide a kill shot for me to cut in.

Wow, that's amazing how that snake started out being a burmese python and then turned into a reticulated python. Amazing!

different bits of bbc footage, released through their creative content archive. so, yes, it doesn't all match. really wanted an ending but they ran out of constricting snake and black monkey footage.
