Well, actually... This song wasn't used as the ED.
It was only dubbed in Episode 25 when Mimi sang the song to wake a Digimon up. You can see the version uploaded here has been cut when he wakes up, by 0:58, and the same thing is put to play again. The video too, is from the Mexican version, as can be seen in 1:09.
So, it's really bad, but it's acceptable, since it's sung supposedly by a spoiled girl.
