  • This is a pedestrian version of a slice of Todd-genius. Be that as it may, I'm glad to have finally heard it. Thanks for posting.

  • Polydor/Philips should have released this as the follow up single to Circles.Far superior to the trash singles that followed except Pinball Wizard.Maybe they weren't sure of a Lyn Paul lead at that point and theTodd Rundgren original was also still kicking about.

  • this should have been a single instead of the awful Come Softly to Me. Followed up with Pinball Wizard it would have really given the guys a fabulous new direction and greater interest. Pinball was a milestone in their career but then to release Nevertheless only weeks later was truly bizare. I love the song but it served no purpose as a single and signalled the begining of the end!!
