@MisterModestMoose Yes, I've read the story and seen the pictures and watched the news videos and called vital records for more info. I still believe that this individual deserved his ass kicking, not say'n he should die, but for anyone regardless of their medical condition, if they resist arrest for their own wrong doing, they should be beat'n... Guess I just like how Japanese law enforcement works in comparison to the US. And no I'm not shocked, guess you can say I'm desensitized.

What can they do? If they tried to help they would get shot. If they all had guns that would be a different story. We do need some civilian justice. Just because they are cops does not give them a right to do whatever they they want. If citizens see cops doing shit like that they should be able to do something about it. In the law it says you are allowed to use deadly force if you feel your life or someone elses is in danger. But that is a bunch of BS isn't it. You go to jail for self defense.
