Are you struggling to fit fitness in? Well here's a smart tip to get fit in minutes a day. I call it my Cardio Burst Training and what you do is you go all out for 60 seconds, and then take twice as long to recover. So if you're used to going out for a walk, start out easy, sprint for 60 seconds, and then walk for 2 minutes, and repeat. You're going to do 4 minutes of total bursting, and guess what? That 4 minutes actually equals 20 minutes of regular training -- look how much time you just gained. Plus, with burst training you burn more fat, and you boost your metabolism.
