that is actually BAD!!! for your swing, it will probly slow your swing down. your trying to throw the barral of the bat quickly through the zone.
y do pro's use donuts on the barral of the bat to make it top heavy to throw that part to the ball with quick hands.
this weight is like swinging with the bat backwardsinstead of the handle.. its just DUM swing with a donut/ hit with a donut your swing will be fater
