In September 2009, in a galaxy far far away, Jack Nicholas attempted the world's second highest bungee jump (Nevis).
After a night of heavy boozing in Queenstown Jack was understandably hung over and in no condition for any extreme activities.
Since he had already paid for his bungee jump he could not back out, so reluctantly followed Ian and Barry to the collection point.
During the build up to their jump Jack was reminded several times that the most important thing to remember was to jump headfirst. If you were to jump with your feet first you would be violently whipped upside down once the bungee rope reached its full elasticity risking severe whiplash and possibly breaking your neck.
Jack had claimed to have understood this very important instruction and was feeling surprisingly confident.
The following footage is a perfect example of how not to execute a bungee jump...
(please excuse the typos and bad language in the video)
PS
"A couple of bottles boy" in a thick Waterford accent was a popular catchphrase amongst our gang at the time
