If u r big look up David ortiz's swing Im a freshman 6'3" and 215 lbs I recently switched to his stance and today I hit 2 triples abd a double...and I'm slow lol so his stance works wonders for big guys

The key components of batting are stance, keeping head level, and keeping eye contact with the ball. Loose one of those three, you loose a considerable amount of batting ability.

Your stance is the very basic part of batting, and is not the most important. I think keeping your head level during the swing is the most important.

Give him credit , the dude's got balls , trying to simplify something that is difficult , and one in which everybody has their own habits. Well done - can't go wrong with least amount of movements -quickest way to the ball.

This guy is a typical baseball meathead, but, he knows his stuff. Coaches can learn from these videos. Look for them.
