@epaisseurthesecond you see these women who wear platted skirts are categorized as being uneducated, indian and not to be near or around a sports reserved for the rich. Unfortunately that is the sterotype. Bolivia is a unique place, 100 yrs ago, indians were anot allowed to walk across or around the Presidencial Palace, their rights were denied and they were not recognized as full functioning citizing, lets say they were discriminated because they are indians.
