Scooby, the movement with the EZ-bar is a compound movement called reverse biceps curl. Not an isolation for the forearms. I'm sure you know that but you should've said something about it in this video for the people who don't know.
You can think of your whole torso as a tent, if one side is a lot weaker the whole thing collapses, so your body doesn't (easily) allow you to make one side too much stronger.
In short, if you want a stronger chest, do the reverse motion of a chest exercise (rows or rear flyes for example).
