  • The United States Government's approach towards resolving the problems of various areas have been very weak.

The approach should employ and/or involve a higher Afghan ideal logy on a number of aspects, this will also assist the U.S Government build a closer relation with the people of Afghanistan rather than breaking the already deteriorated reputation.

  • I have had the opportunity to work with various high ranking officials including the Government of Afghanistan and U.S leadership in Afghanistan and being an Afghan I would say; there is no way to defeat Taliban and AlQaida through War and Military Resources.

It could only be resolved and/or be eradicated through negotiations and working with them to understand them better and offering them possible resources.

  • Its true that US and NATO will have to face problems in Afghanistan but there is no way out. Either they have to fight this war in Pakistan or in London, New York, Berlin, Paris, Madrid etc.

War is never a wellcome but sometimes it become invitable.

  • You know Bin Laden tried to get poppy farmers to stop growing dope and grow seed they could sell abroad. He did this in Sudan and it worked. I have to say about Afghanistan at the minute, it really has gone to the dogs. Taliban checkpoints on big roads, work permits from them in the countryside. General Petraeus is calling for a huge surge. With the Brits meant to be leaving Iraq by June, a shift in resources might be better then sending more troops. It's messed up anyway. The whole thing.
