would you be able to show us how you personally texture your milk? whether you use a thermometer, or just by tuch etc and also try describing it. I know everyone has their own way f doing milk and for flat whites it usually looks like glossy wet paint when youve banged and swirled it. but yours looks really wet; like theres literally no micro foam at all on top, and i cant work out how you gets your amazing patterns with 'wet' milk

The best I've ever done is a three layered tulip. These are beautiful!
