  • I'm sure you could search around on youtube, but in all honesty you have to be pretty fit to do Insanity. Someone on a similar journey as you is probably not ready for Insanity.

  • Did this and felt really good afterwards. I was suprised at my feeling considering how difficult it was. Only took two breaks!!!

  • I was good with everything except the pushup part with the leg extensions because I started to feel like my dinner was about to come up (I ate about an hour before I did insanity)... so I backed off. :( It was a good workout overall... tailored for just about my level of fitness.
