@moofytolkin Thank you so much for your comment and encouragement! What I've been able to find out so far: it is the Fifth Fantasia, Cambridge collection, originally for Two Treble Viols, adapted for two recorders by Martin Grayson. The score can be seen online on a site maintained by Christian Mondrup, Annette Mondrup, "compostions and arrangements for recorders".
