Yes, it's that time again! Time for a 21 day challenge --- pick three simple goals (behaviors) you wish to modify, and do them each day for 21 days. It must be something you do EVERY DAY, so exercise is out unless you keep it hella simple.

I will start tomorrow! :)
1. Drink 10 glasses of water a day (I should be drinking between 12 and 15, but let's start small..)
2. NO FAST FOOD!
3. 20 sit ups a day (seems reasonable!)
4. Nothing to do with weight loss but.. VLOG! :)
