He is qualified by virtue of his extremely high IQ. It is a leadership quality not possessed by any Republican I know of, and certainly not by Willard, Ryan, or any "conservative" in congress. Being what it is (a club for old white crackers dead from the neck up), the GOP is a cognitive desert. Another thing that qualifies Obama is this: Obama works for the best interests of everybody in the U.S., even the best interests of old white crackers. Obama is the president, so get the fuck over it.
