the problem was that Frances career was just starting at the begining of the disco backlash of 79-80 here in the USA....its unfortunate she was passed off as "just another disco artist", she is so much more....fast foward today, and no talents like Lady-Ga-Ga get a grammy nod...dance music and its artists seem to have de-volved...

We didnt even know we were dead yet. Like JFK holding his head, the bullet hit, cindy lauper & madonna were coming to screech & urinate on different parts of her body in the shower & sell millions of records, & singers like this were yesterdays news. What a shame.
