Awesome.

That depends. If you find yourself getting debilitatingly tired at the exact same time every night (2am for example) you may be being affected by your circadian cycle. In this case I would take a complimentary 10-15 minute nap, not a full nap, and only if it the exact same time every night, otherwise you should not let your body think it can coerce you into giving it more sleep. Week one was fairly easy for me compared to weeks 2 and 3.

I do mention it numerous times in my previous videos. I personally noticed a huge change in only one aspect of my health when I went vegetarian, and that was my 'time of month' which went from debilitating cramps to virtually no pain at all when I switched and has been since. I only went veg for a year so when the year is up I am eager to see the effect it has on Polyphase.

Too bad I live in europe :(
I'm a google hero!
Anyway, I don't know if you said it somewhere before, but it might be worth to say you're a vegitarian. I've read before that vegitarians need less sleep in general, so it probably helps with being polyphasic.
Or not...
Just some thing to think about :)
Aeia, few wks in now. Hav'nt hit the end of 1st month but not long now - fingersXX
Hav Qu about needing xtra sleep & exercise.
Intermitedly I do hvy training 4 a martial art am involved with. Includes combat, gym & bch running so farely exhausting. Note u'v mentioned 3hr workouts previously during ur adaption, did u feel more tired on these days? hav u encountered/dealt with physical exhaustion yet?
Cheers, Yves

Yves,
Besides being sick and being in the adaptation period, I have not felt physically exhausted since being polyphasic. Half of it is probably that I work out so much now that I am just in much better shape, but before I was polyphasic I was easily tussed out. I have exhausted my muscles, and the recovery period seems to be the exact same as before. Maybe shorter, but mainly due to being in further shape than I was. Good luck~! Congratulations on making it so far!!

Remember that you may literally feel run over by a truck, you may fall into microsleeps and blackout for a time period. Be safe during this time, dont drive when you arent at your peak awakeness during the day. No worries about flying, just make sure you don't fall asleep and make SURE you get 'down time' during the trip, which I describe here. In adaptation its important not to exhaust yourself physically (Your mind will be exhausted nonstop) or you will oversleep.
