I totally agree. Glorious ROH. This production started at Covent Garden then moved on to play in Vienna. Soon to be at the Met. If you look at clips of Florez's performance in other productions of the same opera, you can tell how much wonderful the ROH's production was.

Thank you for posting this. We were at the Royal Opera House for the Sunday 3pm performance, after which Natalie Dessay and Juan Diego Florez did signing sessions. We went again a few days later. The Royal Opera did a wonderful job in restaging this as a new production.

This production was one of the highlights of the season at Covent Garden. Fantastic cast and fantastic new production. Lots and lots of fun. A reminder of why the ROH is one of the best opera Houses in the world!
